Thank you for shopping at Fashion Freak LLC! While our goal is for every customer to love their purchases from Fashion Freak, we understand that isn’t always the case. If you are unhappy with your online purchase, please read our return policy below to make sure that your items are eligible for return and for further instructions. We do not issue refunds, we offer store credit or exchanges only.

All returns must be initiated within 16 days of the original purchase date.
- All returns must be received at our shipping location within 21 days of the original purchase date.
We Will Gladly Accept:
- Adult women’s apparel in perfect condition (damage-free, scent-free, pet hair-free, deodorant-free, makeup-free, etc.).
- Regular priced (non-discounted) items with original tags attached & receipt/invoice present.*
- Anything purchased with a coupon code is final sale. If you use a coupon code on a purchase, you may not return or exchange.*
- All discounted or sale items are final sale.*
- All clearance items purchased on fashionfreakllc.com are final sales and cannot be exchanged or returned.
- We cannot accept a return if an item has been used, washed, damaged, worn, or if the tags are removed.
- Preorders and Mystery Bags are final sale items.
- For hygiene reasons, we don’t accept exchanges or returns of earrings, cosmetics, leggings, lingerie sets, panties, tights, or similar intimate items. These items are final sale and cannot be returned for exchange, credit or refund.
Items ineligible for return: sale or discounted items, accessories, jewelry, camisole tanks, leggings, boot warmers, shoes, glasses, scarves, bandeaus/bras, swimwear, online/phone orders, kids items, décor, prepaid/preorder orders, handcrafted items, mystery bags.
Shipping is not refundable.
- Leggings are a final sale item.
- Sale or clearance leggings, are final sale. No exceptions.
- We check every pair of leggings before we ship. We want to make sure you’re receiving leggings without holes, mis-sewn seams or manufacturer defects. We ship a LOT of leggings and would prefer not to inspect all of them (it slows our ship time down) but it is our goal to make sure you’re getting a good product from the start.
- We suggest that prior to wear, YOU also inspect them prior to wearing.
- Manufacturers defects are to be reported within two days of receiving your order. No exceptions.
- If you find a manufacturers defect, please send clear, bright photos of the damages along with your order number. Photos must also include a photo of the wash care tags. If your photos are not clear, we will reject your request.
- If your leggings are approved as a manufacturer defect, you are responsible to ship the leggings back to our shipping address. When we receive them we will inspect to verify the defect. They must be received within 10 days of purchase.
- We will issue a store credit for approved manufacturer defects. Store credit will expire 30 days from issue.
- Original packaging, tags & invoice are required to accept your return. Without these we cannot process your return or exchange properly.
- We will not accept returns or exchanges on washed or worn leggings.
We are unable to make exchanges on your behalf. If you need a different size in an item, please make note of the needed size in the return process.
After your return has been processed, you may use your store credit on our website. No refunds can be issued for returns.
Please note: We will charge a 10% restocking fee taken from the total of the returned items. You will need to pay for applicable shipping charges for items being sent back to you.
- You have two (2) days from the day the order was received to report damages to us at email@example.com
- Please include pictures of the damages in your original email along with your order number.
- Items must have the original tags in place to be returned.
- We will NOT accept any error/damaged items after this 2 day period for return. No exceptions.
- Damages or manufacturer defects do not include loose strings or threads left from the sewing process. Sometimes this happens is part of the process.
- Store credit code cannot be shared between customers.
- We recommend using a traceable carrier with tracking number when you ship your return items back to us.
- Fashion Freak LLC is NOT responsible for items lost in transit or items that do not arrive to us or damaged packages.
- You will not be reimbursed for your return postage.
- Our inventory changes quickly and we cannot guarantee that an item will still be in stock when you redeem your store credit code.
- Return trades are final.
How To Return An Item:
If items sent to us do not meet all of the return criteria, they will NOT be accepted or processed. (They can be shipped back at the customer’s expense.)

- Your order number and email address will be needed to continue. Your order number can be found on the invoice that was included in your package.
- You can either choose for Fashion Freak to provide a return shipping label or you can choose your return shipping method.
- If you will plan to return without a label provide from us, skip to the below TIME TO SHIP RETURN ITEMS section.
- If you choose to have us, Fashion Freak LLC, provide your return shipping label we will send an invoice to you for the cost of the shipping label.
- Please make sure we have your email address for invoicing.
- Return shipping method used will be the fastest and cheapest method available to us.
- If you need to use a different return package, we will need to know so that we can make sure the shipping costs will be accurate.
- It is usually cheaper than YOU going to the post office to pay the full retail shipping price.
- Plus, more convenient than having to stand in line at the Post Office).
- Please pay this invoice within 24 hours. If it is not paid within 24 hours without communication we will void the invoice and consider the return/exchange case closed.
- After your return shipping invoice is paid, we will provide a shipping label.
- This label must be used within 24 hours, which means the package must be mailed within 24 hours.
- If it is not used within 24 hours some post offices may refuse the package. These are Post Office rule not ours; some Post Offices may vary.
- Download and print the returns label.
Time to Ship the Return Items
- Pack all the returning items with original packaging. Please note the following:
- Tags must still be attached.
- Items must be unworn or laundered.
- Include your invoice.
- Securely attach the shipping label the package. You can use the box the items arrived in or another box if you prefer.

- Make sure the package is securely sealed.
- Take it to an authorized drop-off location and ship.
- You will receive an email as soon as we received your items, and when a refund of either store credit or your exchange is issued.
- After we get the items and inspect/process the return, if your return is accepted and meets the above stated policy we will issue you a store credit to the email used to check out in the original purchase or your requested exchange item will be shipped.
- If your return does not meet the policy stipulations, we will send you a status update of your return to the email used to check out in the original purchase.
- Returns are processed within 3-10 business days after we receive the items in the mail.
Exceptions to the Discount Code Terms
- The ONLY exception to the non-discounted item term policy, are items that are purchased with our first time order discount code.
- If your item was purchased using any discount code other than the first time discount code, your return will be denied. Sale items are final sale items.
